Personal training is first and foremost a matter of trust. In the first interview you will get to know me as a trainer, and you can ask the most important questions in advance. I will then give you an overview of your training options. You decide where and when we train.

The training can take place at your home, in the park, in the office or in any studio of Sportpark or Sportprinz Freiburg.
