There was a problem with the temperature of the water in both bathrooms of the apartment. I rang Henry Wiltshire properties and was put in contact with Adam, he took care of everything immediately. Kelly Made Our Move Painless
I had rented my flat for nearly four years with very little need to have too much contact with the agent and I was left to my own devices which I welcomed. When it came to moving out after such a long rental I had many questions about certain things including what constituted wear and tear and such like. I found Kelly to be incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. She responded to my numerous questions in a timely manner and if there were delays with responses from other members of staff I always knew Kelly would be on hand to help. It would have been nice to have my deposit back within the 21 days as specified but having said that as soon as I contacted Kelly she got it all sorted out quickly. Overall, I would have been very happy to stay with Kelly and her team but I could not find a similar property with them for the price I ended up paying but I would be very happy to deal with Kelly in the future and thank her for making the process as painless as possibl
