Our Business
We have been providing bookkeeping, accounting and taxation services to business for in excess of twenty years. We recognise that no two business owners or managers run their businesses precisely the same way and therefore the services we provide must be equally adaptable.
With an integrated approach our clients see us as their back office. We will undertake work as agreed and every now and then they call upon us to help with some additional services. This could be as easy as changing a registered office address or more detailed like preparing business plans for a new project. By having us there, our clients can concentrate on managing the core aspects of their business to achieve real success and not worry about taxation deadlines.
How it works
Our clients books and accounts are collated by use of on-line accounting software. This technology ensures that the client benefits by having access to the system for any queries they may have or if they have a preference to raise and issue their own invoices.
In addition to having access to ledgers on-line we can also scan your documents, for example, purchase invoices ensuring access from any location 24/7. On-going you will have a history of your documents available at all times and adhere to the statutory duty of retaining records for six years.
