As Occupational psychologists we are members of the BRITISH PSYCHOLOGICAL SOCIETY and as such are bound by the provisions laid out in its Code of Conduct. This is the only professional group to have a minimum of 6 years training on understanding how organisations function, how individuals and groups behave at work and how to maximise their effectiveness.
